Aleksander Sitnikow FLYCAM TELEFON   06 - 23 950 716 flycampl@hotmail.com Heemstede,Noord - Holland Conditions of the exercise of photographic flights with the utilization  by remote control controlled the helicopter and requirements of the safety. 1.     The by remote control controlled device with the camera is driven an electric motor ( is quiet ) and has about 1 m of the length, weighs about 3.4kg. 2.    A condition of the collection of flights is the lack of external radio-disturbances in the strand of the steering a helicopter and camera.Scaning the frequency makes the pilot and on this base he decide about realisability flights. 3.     The maximum distance of the helicopter from the pilot cannot cross  150m, whereat cannot be no hindrances on the line among the pilot and a helicopter. 4.    The ceiling of the flight cannot cross  150 m. 5.    To the start is required the open space about measurements, at least 5 x 5 m 6.    During photographings inadmissible the sojourn is directly under the helicopter of people, animals and devices generating warmly or the airflow (ventilators, generators etc.). 7.    One does not perform  flights during falls, at the speed of the wind of greater than 4 m/s and at the limited visibility (the fog , the smoke etc.). 8.    One does not perform  flights directly over cars and in the immediate nearness of hindrances (walls of the building, lines, trees etc.) 9.    About the start of the helicopter decides the pilot after the exact check of  conditions of the safety.
